By now, some of you would have received notification of a strategic planning workshop to define the way forward for CaRAPN in the medium term. Just to clarify, CaRAPN – the Caribbean Regional Agricultural Policy Network – is not an agency; it is not an organization; it is not an NGO; it is not an association. In other words, CaRAPN is not an entity of itself, but an open community for any and all stakeholders in agriculture and rural development in the Caribbean to communicate, share ideas, experiences and information for the benefit of all.
